INFRA-E-MOTION to exhibit at the 13th EBPS Biennial Meeting of the European Behavioural Pharmacology Society to be held in Rome from September 4 to 7, 2009.
We will present our approved MOUSE-E-MOTION system for the activity monitoring of small laboratory animals and our drinking monitor system .

We present our approved activity monitoring system based upon the MOUSE-E-MOTION Universal Data Logger. Additionally, we'll introduce our brand new drinking monitor system which is expected to be available in 2006.

The bug of the incorrect value calculation for temperature, relative humidity and light intensity values when activity values have been collected but are not downloaded has been fixed in the new version 2.3.4 of the MOUSE-E-MOTION Excel Add-In software which is available for download now. If you have installed a previous release of version 2.3 and experience the problem of incorrect value calculation it is recommended to replace it with the new release.
A section describing the properties of the Spot type and the Slight Motion type motion sensors and giving general hints on the application of external motion sensors has been added to the Tips & Tricks support page. This information is also available as Application Note 1: Motion Sensors for download now.

The manual for the MOUSE-E-MOTION Universal Data Logger is now also available in a german language version.

Due to a problem with the english language support a new release of the version 2.3 of the MOUSE-E-MOTION Excel Add-In software is available for download now.
If you have already installed the previous release of version 2.3 it is recommended to replace it with the new release.
Moreover, the setup software has been modified, so that it is not any longer necessarily required to be logged on to the system with administrative privileges under Windows NT/2000/XP, e.g. if the software is installed for evaluation purposes (demo) only.

The new version 2.3 of the MOUSE-E-MOTION Excel Add-In software is available for download.
This version offers the possibiliy to load a demo of the add-in for evaluation purposes. The demo allows to test the complete functionality, including those functions that otherwise would only be available if a data logger is connected.

A new version of the firmware of the MOUSE-E-MOTION Universal Data Loggers is available.
The improved software reduces the power consumption by nearly 50%. This means that the overall operating span can almost be doubled! (Relevant for the Universal-Data Logger only.)
